-Currently all orders are made, processed, and shipped around 4-6 weeks unless specified otherwise. Please read the individual listing for specific information on each piece. If you need an item sooner, please send an email and options can easily be discussed.

- Each purchase from VooDoooDolly will deliver in quality, branded packaging. Packaging is made of recycled materials or is able to be recycled or composted in most instances. Cardboard boxes, cardboard fluted sheets (instead of bubble wrap), paper tape, tissue paper, and jewelry boxes are all recyclable. Jewelry boxes also come filled with un-dyed hardwood excelsior and dried flowers that are completely biodegradable.

-If at any point your item is damaged or needs a new patina or polish, please send me an email! I can easily (and most often for no extra expense) fine tune your previous purchases. Silver should be kept dry and clean and polished gently with a soft cleaning cloth. Please do not sleep in your jewelry (especially those with fine chains) or put the metal under extreme pressure. Stones can crack if hit hard enough so please be aware of activities when wearing large gems and stones. 

Steel items like crowns should be kept dry and stored in boxes in areas not prone to humidity. Over time, moisture can make steel rust even through coatings. If your steel rusts you can gently clean it with products like Tarn-X purchased at most grocery stores. If you don't feel confident in your abilities to clean your items, I'd be happy to do so.

- Domestic parcels are shipped via usps Priority Mail or usps First Class with included tracking. If you would like signature confirmation or insurance for added protection, please leave a note requesting the service and a specific invoice for those services can be sent 

 

- International parcels are shipped via usps Priority Mail international with insurance for the value of items purchased. Priority mail international offers tracking and often averages 8 business days transit but can take longer depending on the postal service.  I WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS OPTIONS.

- Each package is shipped to the address listed by the customer. Please take an extra moment to double check your address as it is typed. VooDoooDolly is not responsible for any packages sent to an address incorrectly entered by the customer. 

 

- VooDoooDolly cannot mark down international parcels for customs and is not responsible for any fees.

 

- VooDoooDolly is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and packages damaged by mishandling during shipment.

- Items damaged in delivery and item returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please send an email if you have any problems.

- Sales tax is applied to Ohio customers
